NEXUS Personalized Health Technologies
NEXUS Personalized Health Technologies is an ETH Technology Platform built around two interdisciplinary technology units that are staffed with professional scientists - Theragnostics Discovery and Clinical Bioinformatics.
The Theragnostics Discovery Unit provides state-of-the-art high-throughput screening for cell-based and biochemical assays using small-molecule libraries and gene manipulation tools. Its scientists provide their integrated expertise to assist academic research groups in pursuit of their innovative projects related to chemical hit identification, RNA interference or genome editing.
Over the past years, NEXUS has performed a variety of different fully automated biochemical and cell-based assays, among which assays using patient-derived- or primary cell lines. A recent highlight is a high-quality high-throughput screen using two different organoid models.
