Infrastructure

ETH Zurich operates high-end infrastructure dedicated to a variety of different screening campaigns within its ETH Technology Platforms FCCF, GEML, NEXUS and ScopeM and the D-BSSE LAF. Available infrastructure encompass fully automated lab automations systems and liquid handling as well as high-end microscopes, cell sorters and analyzers as well as next generation sequencers.

Furthermore, the platforms offer state-of-the-art tools for screening applications, novel small-molecule libraries together comprising approximately 50’000 unique molecules of high diversity, arrayed whole genome and targeted siRNA and shRNA libraries as well as pooled CRISPR-KO libraries.
